Can the police legally seize a gun on ur property that's not in plain sight with no warrent or even askin if he can search the property just off of hearsay and is an arrest valid if no rights were read?

You gave such generic statements that no lawyer can answer you except to say SOME warrantless searches are valid, and there is no requirement to read people rights (the only effect of not having your rights read is that your statements after arrest will not be usable in court). Instead of risking posting enough facts here on the internet to help the prosecution and police who can read your posts to get you convicted, you should retain counsel.
