Legal Question in Criminal Law in Georgia
I am currently on probation and i failed a drug test for marijuana. i have been taking Advil for a sever sunburn, about 3-4,000 mg a day which the hospital told me to take for pain. I am about to go to jail, is there anything I can do to fight this false positive reading?

Yes. You will get a hearing within 30 days to present your side to the judge. Having an attorney would be a good idea.
