Legal Question in Criminal Law in Georgia

On Probation in Hall Cty for traffic violation off probation once ticket paid in full.8/2011 arrested in gainesville for shoplifting sunglasses(fighting charge) was held in Hall Cty jail for violating my probation as mentioned above. went before the judge and explained why missed probation appts(extremly abusive boyfriend at time took door knob of bedroom so i could not leave). Judge kindly let me "restart probation 2 weeks from that court date). In between those 2 weeks arrested for schedule2 friend took off on high speed chase i was a passenger had 1/2 a xanax in pocket?Immediately got bonded out w/agreeing to pay bonmding company the remainder 300 of 600 bond. HAve not because I do not have the money/ WHAT DO I DO TO GET THINGS TAKEN CARE OF AND BACK ON TRACK?? if i pay the 300 to bonding company will they stay on my bond or will they take and lock me up anyway for not paying as agreed?

When you keep breaking the law you are likely to go to jail. You have already blown it more times than most people. At this point you badly need an attorney. Get one.

This is a funny story. Have you read it after you wrote it? If you want to stay out of trouble, remain in jail. Every time you get out of of situation, you manage to put yourself into another, and it seems that none of it is your fault. You have an excuse for every predicament that involves someone else being at fault. If you really want to get your life on track, sit the next time you are arrested (in about one minute) and contemplate what you need to change about yourself in order to remain out of jail.
