Extraordinarily difficult on a felony conviction and you would need a compelling reason, unless there was a plea under the 1st time offenders sentencing statute or if sealing the record of conviction--versus an arrest record-- was a term of the plea at the time you entered it. There is one other possibility--an executive pardon from the governors office, often referred to as a restoration of civil rights.
