Sentence Enhancements
My fiance was given a 30 yr federal sentence based off of an enhancement from a prior felony conviction. Recently in US v Samson Pruitt, this type of felony is no longer a legal enhancement. What can we do to get the enhancement off of his sentence?

He may have a viable remedy through a habeas petition. We do a lot of habeas work. Email me directly for more information.
