I was seperated from my husband and drug task force came in on him at our residence and found a residue baggie with traces of meth , they took him to jail and waited a minth and 2 weeks and took out a warrant on me for the same charge . I tried to get them to drug test me but they wouldnt . Can I beat this charge since I was not even staying there at the time.

People facing criminal charges and jail need a lawyer. Your questions need to be addressed to him or her. Obviously, a guess on an internet forum based on 2-3 sentences is not going to help you "beat the charges."
