Legal Question in Criminal Law in Georgia
My sister-in-law is charged with aggravated stalking. She's been out on bond for a year ( she keeps having the case delayed). Her bond states no possession of firearms. The home is in her name. My brother (her husband) owns and has firearms in the home. Now, what would happen if they were reported?

She could very possibly be arrested and placed back in jail. Her husband is putting her in danger by not addressing this.
