Legal Question in Criminal Law in Georgia
my son went inthe store with two of his friends he didn't know was going to steal one of the boys asked him for his bookbag he gave it to him he said the boy put items in his bag he didn't know was in it so we went to juvenile court the probation specialist told him he plea gulity or not but if plea guilty theft by shoplifing will not be on his record my question is i want to get a statement from someone stating this and who do i get it from.i need legal advice as soon as possible before tuesday.

It was foolish for you to go to court without a lawyer. It would be even more foolish to go back without counsel. Hire a good juvenile lawyer.
