My son was picked up on a warrant for probation vilation that was dated back to June 2006. At the time the warrant was issued he was in jail from 2006 to 2009. On the warrant that he was picked up on was the address of the jail were he was held at the time. The warrant was not in the system until Monday 9 -14-09 and the probation officer is no longer with the county. The 3 years he did was completed 7-07-09. He was not held at the T.C. center nor did his probation officer that he reported to on Tuesday 9-08-09 know of the warrant. This don't seen right. What can we do?
