Interference with custody is a criminal case. There is no decision, so I assume you mean "conviction." In a criminal conviction you have 30 days to file an appeal, and after that, in most cases, you cannot appeal. An appeal usually is expensive, and you need a lawyer. You also will usually need a trial transcript, so hopefully your lawyer had you request a takedown so there is a transcript. Appeals are usually based on an error of law (not you disagreeing with the facts), so absent a legal error, an appeal gets nowhere. You should be asking your lawyer as to whether an appeal makes sense. No one online will know that.
