Legal Question in Criminal Law in Georgia
I traded vehicles for a few hours with a friend and they never returned with my vehicle, can I legally keep the vehicle they left with me.

Not unless you want to go to prison. Stealing from a thief is illegal. You should already have made a police report and sought an arrest warrant (and returned the car you have).
