Legal Question in Criminal Law in Georgia

if ur roomates daughter comes to ur to pick up her child and u do not get along with this person so u stay in ur room. she decides toconfront u about a matter concerning her child u answer the question and then ask her to leave several times. she refuses and continue to verberally attack u , u curse her several to leave she still refuses u finally produce a weapon to get her leave,she does and calls police.u are not arrested,but 2 wks later she takes out a warrent application for simple assaultagainst u even thouh u told the police she was tresspassing. what is law on this
