Legal Question in Criminal Law in Georgia

If I worked at a company and the Director of Property Management hired my sucurity company to give security service to the company we both worked at, is this a crimanal act? We both made some money each month. Total we both made is less than 10,000.00 each.

Based on your description of the events, it appears that the Director of Property Management possibly breached his fidicuary duty, which is a potential civil liability and not necessarily a criminal act.

You have not stated anything which leads me to beleive a criminal act has occured, but the manner or way you two were paid could be important in this regard.
