Xanax in Georgia
My girlfriend was pulled over in the State of Georgia ( she just moved there) and the owner of the car had drugs in the car which was unknown to her. When they searched her purse they found 2 xanax pills which were planted on her. She is voluntarily trying to find a place to drug test her to show that she does not do drugs to prove her innocence. She was arrested and charged with possession and informed that she would be charged with a felony. She has no prior record and is a first time offender. I would like to know what direction she should go to help prove her innocence and unfortunately this is a tough lessen to learn to be careful who you hang around and the type of friends they hang around. Please any advice would be grateful.

She really needs to hire an attorney, ESPECIALLY if she has never been in trouble before.
