Legal Question in Discrimination Law in Georgia

I'm 16 I'll be 17 in July I lived in Georgia with my dad I moved to new jersey with my dads ex wife she has gaurdianship I wanna move back to Georgia when I'm 17 which is only in a few months , I wanna live with my brother. In Georgia u r considered a adultin court at 17 so if I move back will I be okay as far as the laws concerned

You are NOT an adult at 17. You are at age 18. While you can be tried as a criminal at 17, you cannot decide where to live until you are 18. Be aware that your plan will get your brother in serious legal trouble. Wait until you are an adult.
