Legal Question in Discrimination Law in Georgia

In 2007 I have received a letter about the theft of personal and financial inormation by an employee at Certegy Check Services, Inc. Can I take out legal actions for that theft and being a victim of this theft due to Certegy employee has violated my confidentiality and privacy rights? Also how can I find a good Lawyer?

What was stolen from you? What are your damages? How specifically have your credit, accounts, etc., been affected by the issue? Was it a form letter sent to all customers? If you got the letter in 2007, why the delay? If you are asking whether a form letter sent to all customers in 2007 when it has not affected you a bit, is an opportunity to get a big check, the answer is no. If there is much more to the story, then you failed to provide enough facts.
