If you have sex, you could face up to 20 years in prison. From the Georgia code ") A person convicted of the offense of statutory rape shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than one nor more than 20 years; provided, however, that if the victim is 14 or 15 years of age and the person so convicted is no more than three years older than the victim, such person may, in the discretion of the court, be punished as for a misdemeanor."

Even if you don't have sex, you could be charged with contributing to the delinquency of a minor and do a great deal of jail time.

Either way, it's a one way ticket to a prison cell and a lifetime of being labeled a sex offender. As a 17 year old you would be tried as an adult.
