Legal Question in Discrimination Law in Georgia

is it legal for an employer to make positions and hire employees from a religious congregation without letting a job opening be known to other employees or people in the community. this is a service company.

"Who you know" has always been an important qualification for a job. An employer can generally hire and fire as they wish (with a very few exceptions). Thankfully, the government has not stepped in to play HR for businesses (yet).
