Legal Question in Discrimination Law in Georgia

Do I have right to legat action?

I went into a shell station today and walked up to the counter to purchase one $1 lotto ticket. The guy working there told me I needed to buy ten so I could win big. I told him I always by more but never win so I just wanted one this time. He said could only sell me ten. I told him ''bull, ive bought one before'' He said ok then five, I said no I want just one, he said I cannot sell you only one, you need to buy five, my printer is very expensive so I am not going to print you just one, you need to buy five. I then told him I would go somewhere else and I left. I contacted Shell and they are doing an internal investigation and contacting the owner. My question is what can I legally do for this type of treatment?

The remedy for poor service to go somewhere else to buy the ticket or other goods, and perhaps a complaint to the management, as you say you did. The Lottery Commission may have rules about such things and may address it to the business. I am not sure why you believe you have a legal action, or any damages whatsoever, for the incident. Poor customer service is generally not grounds for a lawsuit or paycheck.
