Legal Question in Discrimination Law in Georgia

IF some people I know are going behind my back and telling my employers to fire me because they do not like where I am working, and saying things like I'm "special needs" and I am NOT special needs, do not want me working with gay/lesbian people.

And I'm an adult and there calling my school wanting personal info. What do I do?

I need more facts. However, if you can prove they made the calls and your employer is willing to testify to the content of those calls, you might have several claims against them, including defamation and invasion of privacy, among other.
