Legal Question in Discrimination Law in Georgia

I have a quick question. Can someone on a social networking site (facebook) post pictures of someone without their permission? Lastnight wwe Monday night raw was in atlanta georgia and my older brother and his friends went to go see it live. They stoped at a booth (project 9-6-1,. Local radio station in atlanta) to enter a drawing and a man behind the booth took a rather embarrassing phito of his friends' wife and posted it on the project 9-6-1 facebook page which is leading to hundreds of negative comments and she is humiliated. Can they do that??

There is no general right to privacy in a public area and, as you have no doubt seen on TV and the internet, such pictures are posted millions of times a day. However, although you claim that this is an embarrassing picture, you have chosen to post a public message on the internet directing readers to the exact location where they can find the embarrassing picture of your friend (and perhaps identify her from the picture).
