Legal Question in Discrimination Law in Georgia

I am trying to rent a vacation home in Georgia, but the Rental Agreement stipulates that the Renter must be 25 years of age. I am going with a group of very responsible 22 and 23 year olds who will not be engaging in illegal activity or causing any damage to the property. Is it age discrimination that they will not allow us to rent? Would it be legal for us to get someone to sign the form who will not be occupying the house with us? The wording of the lease does not explicitly state that the Renter is someone staying in the house.

Thank you.

Yes, it is age discrimination, and like most "discrimination," quite legal. You don't have any legal right to that home. Find another one, or start off at a young age by making poor decisions on contracts and possibly end up with a lawsuit, eviction, poor credit, etc.
