More information is needed regarding your claim. If you believe you have a claim you should visit the EEOC's website. Under Title VII, if you have a recognized discrimination claim, you have to file a charge with the agency before moving forward to court. The EEOC will conduct an investigation of the charge and issue a right to sue letter at the close of the investigation. The letter will also indicate if the agency's investigation yielded information that supports your claim.
