Legal Question in Discrimination Law in Georgia

Did the right thing, but now i'm fighting for my job..

6 mon. into a new job I went to our HR person with 2 coworkers as witness to the sexual hass. that was happening to me, long story short..... I'm paying the price for doing the right thing and am fighting for my job 2 1/2 years later. I'm done... I can't take anymore, but if I leave what can I do to insure that he doesn't do this to someone else? This has nothing to do with compensation on my part, I just want to know legally what I can do to stop this from happening, even just once!!!!

You can't really prevent this from happening to someone else, only try and get compensation for what happened to you. Of course, if you file suit for your harassment, that might prevent another occurrence.
