dui what should i say in court

i just got a dui in fulton county ga and need to file my request for a hearing with the department of public saftey. Can you please give me a few things I can use at the hearing to stop them from suspending my license. i did not take a breath test, blood or urine, but did take field test. i was not driving poorly but the cop said i ran a red light when i didn't.

You really should consider hiring an experienced attorney. An ALS suspension is 12 months with no hope for a work permit. I'd be happy to speak with you.

Investing in representation is recommended. You will also need an attorney at your arraignment and trial. Georgia and the municipalities that comprise Fulton are not inclined to be forgiving.
