Legal Question in DUI Law in Georgia

Was this a good deal or could my lawyer have done better?

I am 18 years old and got a DUI when I was 17. I'm currently a full-time college student as well. I received a DUI and my lawyer got me the following deal:

-$1000 Fine

-100 hours of community service

And

-A mandatory defensive driving class

in exchange for:

-Completely taking the DUI off of my record.

Was this a good deal or bad?

Also, I served around 3 days jail time when arrested for the incident and had to pay bond. I also had to pay the lawyer.

Details:

-Jurisdiction: Fulton County, Georgia

-Charges: DUI Less Safe & DUI Under 21

If you are under 21 and your attorney was able to negotiate a plea such that the charge

does not appear on your history, you did well. You can't do much worse than to be under 21 and have a DUI on your driving history.
