Legal Question in DUI Law in Georgia

My son had a underage DUI in 2010. His license was suspended for 6 months and he was given 1 year probation. This was not a commercial vehicle, he has never had a commercial drivers license and does not want one.

Looking at his current DMV, he has the following under withdraws.

1. REPEAT GEORGIA SERIOUS COMMERCIAL DISQUALIFICATION

2. COMMERCIAL DUI

3. GEORGIA SERIOUS COMMERCIAL DISQUALIFICATION

All three of these have the DISQUALIFIED CLD. Thats what we don't understand. This is making him look like a monster. He has never had a CDL so why do they have these withdraws on his history. Since it takes more then a entire day in Georgia to find this stuff out, I wanted to ask you before we start to pursue this. This report has kept him from two non-driver jobs in just the last month.

Thank you.

It says what it should say. The DUI disqualifies him to seek a CDL and his record is required by state and federal law to show that.
