Your question can't be answered as you posted something impossible. A dead person can't rewrite his will after he dies, so there's no way the will is being changed. Please reply and explain what actually happened, and reask the question, as what you say happened can't. (It is safe to say that ifyouhave a probate problem, youhave to hire a lawyer).
