Legal Question in Family Law in Georgia

My 19 year old daughter has two kids. The oldest is with me and the youngest is with the child's father's mother since two months. The children's fathers are in prison and the other has been deported back to Mexico. My oldest grandson has been living with me for over a month without his mom. My daughter use to live with me until she got into some legal trouble and too ashamed to come home. Regardless, she agreed to give me custody of the kids. But now she's avoiding me. How can I get custody of the kids without her consent? I will go to court and fight if I have to. The other grandmother refuses to bring the other child home to me where he legally lives. I cannot add the children to my insurance without legal guardianship.

It is much harder to get custody without the mother or father's cooperation. Depending on details in the case, you might be able to proceed in juvenile or probate court and would be very well served to get legal counsel.
