Legal Question in Family Law in Georgia

I am 24 yr old male living in Ga.I have 2 small daughters with my 45 yr old girlfriend(living together 4 yrs)The situation in my home with her adult children(alcohol,drugs,and men coming and going) . I WANT out and wonder if I can just take my children and move back home to TX? She states she will file kidnapping charges..is this possible? I am at the end of the rope and fear how my children will be affected.

If you're not married to her and have not legitimated the children, you have no legal rights to them. Taking them across state lines could subject you to state and federal criminal charges.

If you want custody, the proper way is to get a lawyer and file a court case.
