Legal Question in Family Law in Georgia

I adopted three children in North Carolina in 2003. The older two are birth brother and sister. I am presentley living in GA. Am I able to sign away my parental rights to the older two children. I can handle all the problems they are causing. Thank you.

When a person adopts a child they take the place of the parents in the full legal sense. In Georgia a parent cannot end parental rights on their own. Thus as there parent you cannot seek to end your parental rights.
