Legal Question in Family Law in Georgia

Me and my ex both agreed on not having the opposite sex sleep over on the week we have our daughter. How hard would that be to get changed in the divorce papers. I now realize that agreeing on that was a mistake.

It is highly unlikely that a judge woukld give you the blessing to engage in sexual activity that remains illegal under Georgia law (even though it's rarely prosecuted). How hard would it be to change it? Without the agreement of the other party - next to impossible. With the agreement of the other party - maybe.
