If I appeal a temp visitation order, do I still have to follow it? My ex isnt willing to learn how to care for my daughter thats 5 months old that has health issues. She would possibly be in danger under his care

I am sure your attorney has already told you that you are bound by a court order pending the outcome of an appeal. He also probably has told you that most temporary orders in domestic cases are not appealable.
