Legal Question in Family Law in Georgia

I asked a few days ago about my 'so-called marriage'...I had recently found out my husband divorced his 1st wife 2 years after we were married...well, I now know my marriage is not valid and I would have to get an annulment if I no longer want to be with him...my next question is...what will happen to him? I just want this done and over with, without further issues involved...Is he still considered a bigamist and can he still be arrested?

He is a criminal and yes he COULD be arrested. However, most annulments with lawyers are done rather quietly, and if neither you nor his ex complain, he may luck out as to prosecution.
