Right now I attend school out of state and unable to do all executive duties for my children.(im the custodial parent) I am also going to enlist into the Airforce after college and I am not allowed to have custody of my children to enlist unless married. They currently live with their Grandparents and I would like to know if anyone could aid in advice or steps I need to take to relinquish sole custody and grant custody for the grandparents? We would like to avoid a lengthy trial,
