Legal Question in Family Law in Georgia

Child Custody and the rights of the father

My exhusband made false statements about me and had my 2 children taken from me because he was mad cause I went to child support recovery to make him pay childsupport. This makes twice he has done this. The first time he made the same false statements. He lost the case. He got to keep my children for 9 months before we got through with court. I just heard that if I had my children before we were married that he would have to legally adopt the children to legitamize them. He has not done this. They told me that he as no rights to them. If this is true, what do I do, and will this put a stop to him doing this to me? Will they have to give my children right back to me?

Your situtation is too complicated to be addressed in this type of forum. You should consult with a local attorney.
