My child
I have a daughter who is 19 yrs old but when her father died she was 16 yrs old. Her father and i are divorced. She did receive some social sercurity but is there any way of getting some of his pension for back child support?

Depending on the wording of the divorce decree, his estate may be liable. Consult with a local attorney.

Yes. Unless there is previous order by the court making him pay support, you will probably have to file a new suit against the father. Contact a local family law attorney.
