Legal Question in Family Law in Georgia

child support condition by law

My divorce was not finialize when I went to court due to some new child support law that I don't really understand. My husband and I are in agreement of him paying 300.00 a month for our 15 year old son who stays with me. So what is it that I need to do to finalize this divorce?

Divorce is not a do it yourself project. Hire a lawyer to fix and redo your filings.
