my child is 15 yrs old...he does not want to live with his aunt anymore..he wants to live with me(mom)..but if he signs papers to live with me...he will be in big trouble....she will beat him or ship him off...what can I do.....

You haven't told us if you are the mother or the father, if the child is legitimated, and how the aunt got custody, so there's no way to answer you except to tell you the one thing that is certain: you need to hire a lawyer.
