Your questions are too vast and complex to deal with in this forum. If you do not have the money to consult an attorney, then you will need to seek guidance from local organizations, such as Atlanta Legal Aid or Georgia Legal Services. If you are the only person on the title to your car and/or the lease for your home then you have the right to complete possession provided that you did not enter any other enforceable verbal or written agreements. If you are being abused, then you can file in the court for an order that prevents the individual who is abusing you from coming near you. You can probably get all your stuff as well as custody and support. However, you don't want to take this on by yourself. Consult with a local attorney.
