my daughter was adopted away from me 12 years ago and never told about me until recently. she just got to met me and now she is 14 years old and she wants to come live with me. how would i go about getting her?

I know of no legal basis where you can have any "rights" until the child is 18, unless the adoptive parents agree. At age 18 she can live where she pleases.
