Legal Question in Family Law in Georgia

defax was called on me saying that we use drugs in front of her six-year-old daughter which is a lie. the case worker came out to our house and didn't drug-test us like she like she said she was going to because she forgot the drug test. the drug test has been rescheduled five different times because of our caseworker and I just got a call tonight saying they want to do a hair follicle and a urine test.what would happen if I passed the urine test but not the hair follicle test for marijuana.

First, you just gave away the farm with your what if I fail the hair follice test

Second, if you think you will fail the hair follicle test, then it was not a lie

Third, why are you doing drugs? More importantly, why are you doing drugs in front of your kids??

DFACS might force you to do hair follicle test if you want to keep your kids
