Legal Question in Family Law in Georgia

Divorce agreement not satisfied

I divorced over 4 years ago and in the legal agreement he was to pay me out of his 401K money when he was fully vested - which he is. I understand that he is in contempt of court by not paying me. The amount he owes me is greater then $3,000 and interest is to be added. I am disabled residing in Florida and cannot travel to Georgia which is where he lives and the divorce took place. What do I need to do to get this finalized and/or do I need to go to Georgia. I have no money to hire an attorney, my budget is small with me being on disability funds.

Re: Divorce agreement not satisfied

You can engage an attorney by other means than personal visit. No need to travel. What about your divorce attorney, he already knows you and your case.
