Hello, when getting a divorce what is the law and how much is the minimum required amount that someone has to offer the other person instead of going to mediation?

No one has to offer anything, and no one can tell you what offers might be fair without knowing the facts of your case. In most courts ADR is mandatory, and being in a case without a lawyer is dangerous and usually goes badly.
