divorce
my question is simple. I am applying for financial aid in my maiden name because thats whats on my Social Security Card. I need some type of documentation simply stating that I am actively seeking a divorce. I plan to divorce soon just dont have the means right now. What do you recommend I start looking for anything in the direction of divorce. Is there some type of downloadable forms or something.

Actively seeking a divorce means that there is a case in court. You need to get a lawyer and have him file a case.
