Legal Question in Family Law in Georgia

Going through a divorce that my wife filed. I have found out she has a boyfriend and did not say anything about it in any court documents. There is a prenuptial that she had me sign 3 days before marriage. I am asking further to pay me back some money I paid her while we lived in her townhouse, she originally said money would go to equity, now she is denying that. Her atty says the prenuptial rules all and asked judge to agree with that in a motion. I am pro-se and I am saying our verbal agreements are not ruled by prenuptial. Do I have a case? My wife also allowed her daughter(from a previous marriage) to smoke pot in our house until I moved out, she continued to allow after. I want to tell the court so they know my wife's character. Is this ok to do?

You have likely made unfixable errors. Even people in uncontested cases need divorces. If you're against an attorney in a case with a prenuptial you are in a highly complex case, and at the motion stage you have likely missed important and vital deadlines. Character likely is irrelevant to a prenuptial and most prenuptials are enforced. No one who hasn't read yours can answer you. Additionally should you make improper filings there is a likelihood you will be required to pay her attorney. Unless you want things to get worse drop your plans for the next couple days and get counsel.
