Divorced in Cherokee County, GA. Ex-spouse now lives in a different county in Georgia. Where should I file contempt charges?

There's no way to answer with the very limited information you posted. In fact, without you telling us what you think is contempt, it is impossible to tell you if that is even what should be filed. (Many violations of divorce orders are best dealt with via procedures other than contempt.)

Regardless, step one is to see a lawyer.

If you want to handle the contempt action yourself, you can file it in Cherokee County.

Of course, an attorney is normally a better choice. However, I understand that many people fall into a donut hole where they don't make enough money to hire an attorney, but make too much to qualify for a pro bono attorney.
