I was divorced 5 years ago and didnt contest the divorce because ex promised to pay the money he owed me. The clause stated he would pay me when our home was refinanced or sold. My name wasnt on the property. He said if I didnt contest and cost us more money, he would make good. Obviously he has no intention of paying me. How do I get the court to make him?

If he is violating an oral promise you're out of luck. If he is violating the court decree, you hire a lawyer and sue him for contempt.
