Legal Question in Family Law in Georgia

If my ex-wife was just released from serving a 3 year sentence term, do I have allow her to immediately resume getting my daughter every 2 weeks for visitation? I have sole custody.

If your court order says that and hasn't been modified, you must obey the court order or risk contempt and jail. If you think visitation might be problematic discuss with a lawyer whether a modification case might work.
