I filed for a divorce in 2008 and in 2010 the judge granted it , but she filed for an appeal about the child support it was also granted, stating that decree be sat aside. Does this mean that we are still married to her ?

There's not enough information to answer you. An appeal and reversal would mean a remand and new trial. Since you didn't tell us what happened at that, and you should know since you were there, there's no way to answer you. (Your lawyer will know, and you certainly may wish to call him).
